I am trying to create a bar graph that incorporates a few separate sets of series. The problem is that I can't figure out how to do this in Excel. It wants to make separate graphs for each.

Here is my end result. This is all five separate bars inserted into the same sheet and manipulated to look like one. This was very time consuming.

I am hoping there is a way to do this without doing all the manipulating.

Here is the excel info. What I need is each name to be one stacked column showing the percentages of the departments and the departments. Each different name should be one stacked bar in the same graph as shown in the image.

Can this be done???

<table style="width: 823px; height: 247px;" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:5449;width:112pt" width="149"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:13568;width:278pt" width="371"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:5376;width:110pt" width="147"> <col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:5632;width:116pt" width="154"> <tbody><tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;width:112pt" height="17" width="149">NAVARRO</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-left:none;width:278pt" width="371">C033058 (CLR - Cleveland Business Banking Market - Team 1)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-left:none;width:110pt" align="right" width="147">26.83%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-left:none;width:116pt" align="right" width="154">11</td> </tr> <tr style="height:13.5pt" height="18"> <td class="xl66" style="height:13.5pt;border-top:none" height="18">NAVARRO</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C421107 (RTS - Cleveland SBA LPO)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">7.32%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">3</td> </tr> <tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;border-top:none" height="17">KIMBLE</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C320408 (SUP - Retail / Business Banking CFO)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">2.44%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">1</td> </tr> <tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;border-top:none" height="17">DUNLAP</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C200017 (ACR - Ashland - Commercial (Shadow))</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">2.44%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">1</td> </tr> <tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;border-top:none" height="17">BENHASE</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C240211 (HMG - Cleveland)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">2.44%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">1</td> </tr> <tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;border-top:none" height="17">BENHASE</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C033065 (PFG - Cleveland - Private Banking)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">19.51%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">8</td> </tr> <tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;border-top:none" height="17">BENHASE</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C723015 (PFG - Cleveland - Personal Trust Admin)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">4.88%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">2</td> </tr> <tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;border-top:none" height="17">THOMPSON</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C320285 (SUP - Facilities Management)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">4.88%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">2</td> </tr> <tr style="height:12.75pt" height="17"> <td class="xl66" style="height:12.75pt;border-top:none" height="17">THOMPSON</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none">C520031 (INS - Advanced Payroll)</td> <td class="xl68" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">12.20%</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">5</td> </tr> </tbody></table>

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Create a pivot table (with a pivot chart) putting column 1 in the row field, column 2 in the column field and column 3 in the data field.

Here is a way to make this chart without VBA or a pivot table, but you will need to modify the way you arrange your data.

First series on the left are done as a stacked bar chart then add the additional series to the right to make the labels appear in the right place.

You may have to play with the labels by moving their alignment from inside end or inside base based on the text layout.
