I would like to be able to choose multiple names to enter into one cell.

IE: I have 6 people working, and anywhere from 2 to all 6 may work on a single project, and the people who work together may change each project depending on the skills required.

Colum 1 would contain the name of the project
column 2 would list who work on that specific project
Column 3 would list total hours dedicated to the projetc

At the end of the month i would like to compile the hours worked over the whole month by each team member, keeping in mind the may work 10 different projects and composition of the team may be different for each (sumif?)

Project 1: Bob, Bill, Carol
Project 2: Bob, Alex
Project 3: Paul, Carol
Project 4: Bob, Bill, Michael, Phil

Etc.

Tks
