Multiple Column Lookup

The lookup should autofill the applicable price in column E based on the product criteria in columns A-D.

The user enters the four product criteria on Sheet1:

A B C D E
1 TERR CUST PART COLOR PRICE
2 NE New Chair Blue ?
3 SW New Table Brown ?
4 NE Current Chair Green ?


The lookup function retrieves the price from Sheet2:

A B C D E
1 TERR CUST PART COLOR PRICE
2 NE New Chair Blue $100
3 NE New Chair Pink $200
4 NE New Chair Green $300
5 NE Current Chair Blue $100
6 NE Current Chair Pink $200
7 NE Current Chair Green $300
8 NE New Table Brown $500
9 NE New Table Yellow $600
