Multiple conditions within a loop

Hi all

I have a spreadsheet with several columns and i need to check that column A (DATE) is older then 7 days and that Columns C = "DEL" or "E+R" and also there are multiple enties which are the same just with different dates i need to check all enties with the same address to find the last enty.

Can someone please point me to some sample code where i can check for

1) multiple conditions within one loop

2) check the last entry of duplicate addresses
