Multiple COUNTIF ?

I think this is a simple one. The picture explains it all but this is what I want to do:

Of all cells larger than "X"
How many are larger than "Y"

I cannot see your picture (site blocked for me), but you should just be able to check for the number of records greater than the larger of X and Y.

For example, if there are 20 records bigger than 5 (X) and 12 records bigger than 10 (Y), then your answer would just be 10 (since Y is bigger than X, X is inconsequential and really doesn't come into play here).

Sorry my bad. This is what I want:

Of all cells larger than 25
What % is larger than 50

The answer should be 33% instead of 25% (since I want to divide with only the range of cells larger than 25 and not all cells)New picture:

Just do a COUNTIF of the number over 50 divided by a COUNTIF of the number over 25.
