Following Formula works by returning a value total of 2. How do I add in multiply final count by $1445?

VBA Code:
=COUNTIF('OCT 19'!I:I,"E")+COUNTIF('NOV 19'!I:I,"E")

I've tried this with no luck.
Code:
=COUNTIF('OCT 19'!I:I,"E")+COUNTIF('NOV 19'!I:I,"E")*1445

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
You need to put the sum portion in brackets like
=(COUNTIF('OCT 19'!I:I,"E")+COUNTIF('NOV 19'!I:I,"E"))*1445

otherwise it will multiply the 2nd countif by 1445 & then add the 1st countif
