Hello,

I need to create a CountIfs formula for the criteria below. I need it to sum up the data only if it meets the criteria in each of those columns. I am trying to avoid using (CountIfs + CountIfs + CountIfs) to keep the formula as short as possible.

The rows of data change weekly so I do not know how many rows of to count down to. I just need it to count from row 2 to the bottom.

Tab Name: Recruiting Report
All of Column R except row 1: Ben Jones
All of Column G except row 1: "Hired" or "Offer Accepted" or "Ready to Onboard"
All of Column S except row 1: "P1"

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
How about
Excel Formula:
=SUM(COUNTIFS(R:R,"Ben Jones",G:G,{"Hired","Offer Accepted","Ready to Onboard"},S:S,"P1"))
