Multiple Criteria IF

I have an equation in column J where I'd like it to tell me if there is a value in column F, but not in column G, to put an X. I used the following formula but its not working:

=IF(AND(F3<>"",G3=""),"X","")

Disregard, there was an error in the data..formula wasa right.
