multiple data points with identical coordinates in scatterplots

I am doing some simple 2-D scatterplots in Excel. For example, "grade in course" by "total number of questions correct on final exam."

Is there a way to show multiple data points with identical coordinates in these 2-D scatterplots? For example, if two people both got 26 questions correct on the final exam and a course grade of B-plus (3.33), then only one data point would show.

By convention, data points with identical coordinates often are shown by clustering them.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
By definition, you CANNOT show two identical sets of coordinates on a graph. The only way is to change one of the coordinates, say the y-values, slightly.

Yes, kimbo, but change only one. I prefer to change only the x-values, say by adding as small an increment as possible, as long as I can see the diferent poins clearly enough.
