Sorry all, I haven't been able to find a solution to this so I'm throwing it out there in hopes someone might be able to help. It seems pretty simple and straightforward, but I can't seem to get it to work.
I'm only using the Data Validation mentioned in #1, but I don't know if you can use Data Validation for more than one instance.
Thanks for any help given!
- I'm already using Data Validation to warn the user if they attempt to enter data (i.e. hours) into a cell in column I if column J in the same row contains an X.
- I would like to add another Data Validation to warn the user if they attempt to put an X in column C if column J in the same row contains an X.
- After highlighting the cells I was going to use the Data Validation for and I click on Data Validation, it says "The selection contains more than one type of validation."
