I am working to clean up a worksheet for someone, and they have a column of data that those cells contain 1 or more dates. Is it possible to format that column so that the comma separated date are in the same format...either currently or when new ones are entered?

As soon as a user inserts a comma into a cell, the cell becomes a text string and the user is in full control of what it looks like. It's not real dates anymore, just strings that look like dates.
