Hello! Long time listener, first time caller I am currently going through Girvin's Array formulas/CSE DVD to build some dashboards. Although it's been a bit of a learning curve, I am starting to put SOME pieces together. I was able to create some data validation lists that expand as the data gets larger, yet remains unique with no duplicates. I can't seem to get any further than that, although I feel it's possible.
I have researched for an answer with no joy, I just can't seem to figure out, how to tie it all together. I have gotten bits and pieces though.
Windows 7
Excel 2007
Looking to do the following:
1. Multiple Dependent Validation lists with Unique Values...No Duplicates...5 or 6 dependent lists needed down to the employee
2. Sort the names in A-Z order
3. VP Levels, Managers, Supervisors, and Employees are in constant change, sometimes added or subtracted from the list
4. Capture the Average of a 'Score Card' list. Cards can be scored on a scale of 1-10. The 'Employee' can have multiple score cards. I need to capture the 1's & 2's separately AND capture the 9's and 10's separately as well.
5. Finally, Need to capture the percentage of total.
Data Example...Each Column can have duplicate values
<tbody>
</tbody>
Unique Dependent DV Lists I am looking for to create dynamic charts. Each level can have multiples.

</tbody>
I am very frustrated at this point. Please let me know if I have left any critical info out. Thanks so much for your help.
