Multiple Documents Page Numbering Request

I am working manually the following steps in excel and looking any one experts to find solutions on following process handling.

1. I have received multiple pdf files.
2. I have combined and worked document listing.
3. Now client wants again source file name and page numbers for document listing.
4. Input Table 1 - referenced individual file name and combined file page no.
5. Input Table 2 - referenced our document listing range.
6. Here we combined multiple pdf files into a document
7. A pdf file separated in to multiple documents.
8. Output as one column with following specification:

a. Single page document number like:
A3.pdf_Page 007

b. Multiple page document number
A3.pdf_Page 008 - 012

C. Multiple page document with different file name
A1.pdf_Page 001 - 003 ; A2.pdf_Page 001 - 002
