Hi,
I'm looking to send email to multiple recipients using by taking a picture from that specific row in the email body. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

I would like Seller A to receive Row D4 & E4 data as picture, Seller B to receive Row D5 & E5 data as picture and so on.

I'd really appreciate your help.

Many thanks,

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
I believe that this solution can only be done in Word with Mail Merge.

I saw some videos and read some online that it can be done in Excel VBA - any guidance will be much appreciated please.

I can't find anything to send email directly from Excel. Since Word is also an Office product (as well as Outlook), it has VBA as well. I've only been able to find VBA code for Word to import Excel data for Mail Merge. I've gotten to the point where I can open a Word document from Excel via VBA but to send emails; I think you will have to write some code in Word VBA as well.
