Multiple excel file and table name bit similar

Hi Team,

I have multiple files in Excel and i need to search the below name so what I do I I change the below question every time as for file I have kept Drop down validation. so when ever I change my file I need to change the questions do we have any idea so that we can find via match function

Q.Enjoyment

Q Enjoyment

Q.Enj

Q. Enjoyment Involment

(Q Enjoyment)

(Q. Enjoyment)

Like i have multiple file name File A,B,C etc and each file name Enjoyment word is common but it is differernt format so do we have any idea on this
