Multiple files within a single tabbed window

How I can view and edit multiple files within a single tabbed window. I wants a tabbed user interface - as seen in web browsers such as Internet Explorer^® 8, Firefox and Google Chrome.

Note: I am using office 2013

not sure what your question is - are the files you want to view excel workbooks, and are you working in a workbook. You can have many sheets in a single workbook, if that helps.
