Multiple Formula in one cell

Hi,
How can I achieve the following 2 formulas in one cell
C3:C4/3000 +C5/5000 =

Any help with will be greatly appreciated.

=SUM(C3:C4)/3000+C5/5000

Wait, what is it you're looking for?

The sum of C3:C4 over 3k?
