Multiple hyperlinks in a worksheet

I am trying to hyperlink cell to another cell on a different worksheet, but there are a large quantity of cells that I need to hyperlink. I want to be able to click on one cell and be directed to the other cell. Is there a way to do this?

You can try this from the menu
Insert -> Hyperlink -> Place in this document

and enter the necessary data
