Multiple IF statements

Hello,

I struggling to get this formula to work, but it's not. Any help would be appreciated.

Cell A2: $5.15

Formula is as= if (A2=<3.75,11%,if(4.50>=A2>3.75,13%,if(4.50<A2<=5.50,15%,if(A2>5.50,17%)))) the output is 13%. It should be 15% because the value is greater than 4.50 but less than 5.50.

Any help would be appreciated.
