Multiple Images import with Macros (specific)

Dear all,

I have a question. Please see below image. I have the Item names in D drive folder named Images. Over 27000 Images are in there. I want when I write the image name in cells (B2 to B2000), Images should appear itself in front of them in (A2 to A2000). Please help. All Images are in .jpeg format. Image size required is 3cm width and 2 cm height. I am using Win XP and Excel 2007.Please help.

I could not paste the image. so I want the image in place of ? mark.

I hope my question is clear. I am new to Macros. never done before.
