Multiple inputs, multiple cells

So here's the problem I'm having. I'm building a character sheet for a game, and need the players to be able to type in a number in any one of 4 different spots and be able to have it saved to those same 4 spots.

Currently they have the ability to type in their information under Character, Training Calculator, Damage Taken, and Stats

I am looking for a way that if they type in a 1 under energize on let's say Stats, it changes all the others, however if 20 minutes later they are on the Damage Taken Sheet, they can type in 3 and it will change the rest to 3.

Is this possible, and if it is, what do I have to do to get it to work.

I cannot post attachments but will send the sheet if need be via e-mail.
