Multiple Instances of Excel

Hello. I have Excel 365 desktop and today, I did something to cause Excel to open a new instance of Excel with each file opened (including those opened from the current instance). This may have something to with "Analyze Data" which I accidentally clicked in the menu today. Selecting "Analyze Data" produces the following message at the bottom of the screen: "we're starting the add-ins runtime, just a moment.....". I see no unusual add-ins present (including com addins). The analysis packs are not active (I tried activating and deactivating without success). I have rebooted several times. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!!!! k
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
