Multiple Linked checkboxes in a single cell

I would like to have 3 linked checkboxes in a single cell. All 3 need to be linked to their own seperate cell. I can do this manually but I need it going 3 columns across and 500 rows down so was wondering is there some vba code I could use to carry out the exercise?

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
