Multiple Pie Charts on X,Y locations

Good day,

I was trying to do something which I believe won't be possible, but perhaps one of you knows a solution.

I have a backgound image in Excel, and on certain locations, I want to plot a pie chart.
Find below the images before and after placement of the pie charts.

What I currently do is adding the background image, creating 1 pie chart, and copy this chart to each location.

Each dot has an Easting and Northing (X,Y), is there any chance to use this X,Y for relative location on the sheet?
