Word 2010 mail merge for multiple record I found below code, but not sure how to put in the word document. Please help.

I Am trying to do email mail merge in word doc by using excel. My excel has multiple line for same person. I wanted to show all lines in my mail merge doc. If there is record for same person. I tried doing this, spent some hours on this not working. I would appreciate if you can help on this. Thank you
