I list of listed in chronological order over a calendar year in the following format:

Date Time Event Name1 Name2
10Jan 0730 G271 Smith Jones
14Jan 0730 G273 Bill Terry

On a second sheet the user enters a date range (typically a week). I want the display only the rows within the specified date range and in a particular format.

What is the easiest way to do this? VBA is not an option.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Also, there are multiple events on multiple dates and some dates have no entry as there are no events.
