My problem is a bit complicated so I will start by walking you through my process.

At the end of every month I receive a report that has roughly 300 assets that are set to close during that month. Each asset is controlled by a broker and brokers can have from 1-25ish assets. my goal is to have an excel document that lists 1 broker and all of his/her assets in subsequent (column/columns) on the same row. The purpose of this is so that I can do a mail merge.

Currently what I do is as follows. Run a pivot table off of the broker email addy (column k) to get the number of assets per broker. I then copy and paste this table (as text) and run a vlookup from the number of assets to the broker email in the main spreadsheet. This gives me a column showing the number of assets for each broker. I then sort by the number of assets and by the broker Email so that I have all of the brokers grouped according to the number of assets they have.

Here is my problem- If one broker has 5 assets, each asset has its own cell in its own row. I need to find a way to get each cell into one row and delete the remaing rows so that I can do a mail merge.

So end result I need 1 broker email addy (column K) and all of the assets that they have.

My write up may cause more questions than answers but I am able to provide you with this information if it will paint a clearer picture. I dont usually give out emails but i am desperate here. My personal email is richie.rockwell@gmail.com THank you so much for your help.
