Hello all,

I am trying to put together a sign-off sheet of responsibilities within my organization. To do so, I've created two cascading drop-down lists via Data Validation:

Independent Drop-Down: Department within the organization
Dependent Drop-Down: Position in the corresponding department chosen in independent drop-down

In some cases, more than one department is responsible for a particular sign-off. Although I have been successful in implementing multiple selection in my independent drop down list, this does not cascade into the dependent list (i.e. the combined list of positions within the departments selected do not appear). I would also need to achieve multiple selection in this drop down box as well.

Is there a way to achieve this that anyone is aware of?

Let me know if you need further explanation ... sorry I am really new to this and have spent countless hours trying to find a solution.
