multiply a row of numbers by a column of numbers

I have data in row 1 that goes from A1 to Q1. In column Y i have another set of numbers that goes from Y2 to Y18. What is the easiest forumula to multiply A1*Y2and add it to B1*Y3 and so on all the way to Q1*Y18.

Thank you very much it worked needed to hit CTR+SHIFT+ENTER because of the Array.
