Multiply depending on Term

Column C represents Term containing alphabet
either Q or H or Y or B or M

which denotes Q for quarterly; H for half-yearly;
Y for yearly; B for bi-monthly; and M for monthly.

Column D contains amount in numerical.

In column E, I want, for example if Cell C2 is Q,
and D2 is 792, result in E2 should be D2 x 4.
If C2 is H then D2 x 2.
If C2 is B then D2 x 6
If C2 is M then D2 x 12.

Kindly advise formula.
