Have a chart with large numbers. I would like to multiply all of them by 1,000 without formulas and starting a new chart. Is there any formatting I can do? Can I still maintain the commas?

Thanks

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
put 1000 into a cell and copy that cell

select the range you would like to apply this to and pastespecial Divide. Hope this helps!
