Hello,

I'm trying to calculate how many employees I can have complete installs in a day at the given min and max rates. In order to get Min and Max Installs/Day the calculation is =B3*D3*24. Without using the 24 calculations are off. In FTE Min I'm attempting to divide "Min Installs/Day" / "FTE Cap." This should give me 3.07, but I'm receiving "20:18." How would I fix this? Converting both Min and Max Installs/Day into time? What is that conversion formula? Other suggestions? Please help.
