My hour minute code is loosing the format with a pivot table.

Greetings, I have a user form and it works wonderful; however, I have time duration which I enter in a Txt Box. I have the time format set up as [h]:mm. As you see in the image it goes fine into the Database, and even appears proprely in the .lstdatabase (list database). The problem I have is the pivot table the numbers don't keep. I had change those columns on the pivot table to [h]:mm, but as you can see in the image I'm getting something completley different.

The code I have for the txt box is
Excel Formula:
.Cells(iRow, 6) = Joint_Inspectionform.txttime_duration.Value
However, I don't see that being an issue since it's making it to the database. Again it doesn't carry over to the Pivot Table.
