myFind Range not working

Please can someone say why this myFindRng goes red in the code?

Private Sub Model_Chose_Change()

When I select a value from the combo box nothing happens to the Listbox?

With the code as (I believe) it is, you should either see a message or an item should be added to the list.

Sorry the code is not right I know I just would like to have the code altered so it filters the Listbox please.
