Hi All,

I am trying to get a VLOOKUP to work but for some reason its not working.

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

here is a smaller version of what I am trying to do:

Cells B2 B3 B4 have the numbers 1,2,3 indicating a league table position
Cells C2 C3 C4 have team names in them
Cells F2 G2 H2 I2 have Home Team, League Position, Away team, League Position

My VLOOKUP in cell G2 is =VLOOKUP(F2,B2:C4,2,0) trying to get the league pos to show up, but it returns a N/A

Thanks in advance:)

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
does the value in F2 exactly match one of the cell values in B2, B3, or B4 (i.e. is F2= 1, 2, or 3)?
