Hi,

Using the name box you can name a range of cells, and when you select that name from the name box it will highlight the range of cells and scroll down to them.

Is it possible to acheive the same using a drop down list in a cell elsewhere on the sheet? I can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks!

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

Hello and welcome to the message boards. I am new here to but I think I know the answer to this one.

You can create a ComboBox and assign the ComboBox that range of cells as its contents. Are you familar with creating a ComboBox?

Creating the box is pretty easy programming it right may be a bit tougher.

Go to View on the tool bar, select ToolBars and Control toolbox. This should open at the bottom of your page. Then mouse over the icons till you see the one called combobox, click that then draw the box for the size you need. You can draw it anywhere and move it if you need to.

let me know when you are done with that part.
