Hi i have 30 sheets in an excel work book which log our orders from different suppliers i need to use the sumif function to add orders for each department in our company so i have been through each work sheet and selected the department column and named them with the name manager =AMPM!$AC$8:$AC$100,'BIDEFORD TOOL'!$AC$8:$AC$100,BRAMMER!$AC$8:$AC$100, ect.. i have then done the same of the cost column

when i enter the =SUMIF(jancap1,M18,jancost1) i get a value error and i think it maybe to do with the nameing above if it is the nameing can anyone suggust a quick way to solve this problem
