Named Ranges

I am wanting to assign a name to a range of data. I have a column of data where the number of rows in the range may change. I use the following:

=OFFSET('Sheet1'!$B2,0,0,COUNTA!'Sheet1'!$B:$B-1)

It works great. However, whenever I exit out of the Name window and come back in to review the named ranges, it changes to the following for no reason:

=OFFSET('Sheet1'!$65356,0,0,COUNTA!'Sheet1'!$B:$B-1)

I have tried deleting the name, reentering, and clicking "add." It works great until I exit out of the window.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Yikes...forgive me for the typos. This is what i have:

=OFFSET('Sheet1'!$B2,0,0,COUNTA('Sheet1'!$B:$B)-1)

For some reason, it likes to change B2 to B65356, and that obviuosly doesn't give me the data range I need. So, it changes to below:

=OFFSET('Sheet1'!$B65356,0,0,COUNTA('Sheet1'!$B:$B)-1)
