Dear Community,

I am attempting to connect the shapes, which i have named "pc****" (standing for post code, followed by the first four letters/ numbers of the post code), to a range of values with an adjacent name of the linked shape file. The purpose is for the map to change colour based on the value in the cells relative to the values shown in the key.

The key will be editable relative to the value in the cells (but for purposes of testing i've set the cell values as a random number between 1 and 100).

I have a created shapes over a map in the form of the post code areas and the value cells are adjacent to the name of the named shapes.

So to clarify, the shapes will be the colour if their linked value cell was less than a value in the key.

I know there is software solution for this like R etc. However I struggled finding and using the appropriate shape polygon data. So this is my workaround.

Thank you for your assistance, looking forward to hearing your responses.

Many thanks,
Kevin
