Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
You can use a formula

where B2 is your cell
=MID(B2,FIND(" ",B2,1)+1,LEN(B2))&" "&LEFT(B2,FIND(" ",B2,1)-1)

or you could highlight your column and do from the toolbar
Data, Text to columns
Then click the delimited option and choose next, then ctick spaces
This will seperate your column by spaces.

Cheers

Hi
if B2 has the string then insert this formula in c2
=MID(B2,FIND(" ",B2)+1,100) & ", " & LEFT(B2,FIND(" ",B2)-1)
Drag it till the end of data
