I sincerely appreciate any help on the following:

I have a large database of product categories, products, and SKU's.

I am hoping to create a user form or control that allows the user to narrow the selections avaliable as he/she first picks from the product category using a drop down box, then the product from another drop down narrowed by the first choice, and finally the SKU from a third drop down list narrowed by the first two choices. I am not sure what formula will narrow each drop down to a fewer number of choices based on the first and second choice(s).

I have been working at this all day with little success.

Regards,

Jim

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

This may be over simplified for your situation... but I use the "Autofilter" for situations like this. It's a very powerful built in function of excel

Select the row or contiguous cells in a header row that you want to be filtered.

Then select Data / Filter / Autofilter

Thank you for the response ...

However,

I was looking for something a little cleaner as an interface for users who have never used autofilter ...

Jim
