Navigating question

I was woundering if this is possible. I would like to beable to enter and amount in lets say cell A5 then when I hit enter I would like it to go to cell E10 then after putting in another amount and hit enter I would like it to go to C15 and so on.
Is this possible?

For the most part it should stay static unless a new customer is added then I would have another cell to goto. I am basically looking to see if there is an easy way to go from cell to cell wether its the next cell or 10 cells away by hitting the enter key
