column N is where the Increase or Decrease is calculated[formula; =IFERROR(($I3-$H3)/$I3,"")]
Every month I have to manually adjust this with the addition of the next month data.
I would like not to have to change this every month manually.

Please HELP!! DWL33

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Can you add rows as part of the solution? If so, I have a work around that works.
Once in place, you never have to really fool with it.
Also, when unhidden, you can show whomever the ups and downs for each month as well.

Deals with conditional formatting for your arrows, formula to pull from the cell with data furthest right, etc...

Ignore formulas

I forgot to mention the monthly data is pulled from a Pivot Table from another WS in the same WB for each row of Order Descriptions.
here is the formula cell i3 of my Excel...
" =IFERROR(GETPIVOTDATA("Order Description",pvtWorkSheet!$H$10,"Facility",$A$13,"Order Description",$A15,"Month",I$14),"")

Not sure if this matters...DWL33
