need a formula

Dear Sir,
I have an excel sheet with the numerical data in ‘G’, ‘Q’ and ‘BC’ columns
I want a formula satisfying the following conditions.
In G column the value should be equal to 0
In Q column the value should be more than 0
In BC column the lower most value of top 5 items.
So I want the formula should display the value satisfying the above criteria

What exactly do you need help with ?
When you say the top 5 items, how do we know which are the top 5 items ?

Using the Filter – auto filter – top 10 items options, we are able to filter the top items. I do not know whether this could be achieved in a formula.
