Need a Macro to combine multiple work sheets and tabs containing in it

I need a macro to combine multiple worksheets, each worksheets contains multiple tabs so all the tabs in each worksheet

Each worksheet has heading in 2nd row so I don't need headings to be repeated each time and data is from columns A to O
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
