Need a way to confirm query tables match source data

Hello,

I am currently working on a project to combine multiple worksheets into one, appended work sheets via queries. The worksheets are from external source, on our sharePoint site.

The data repository I am creating is located locally on my laptop.

Due to possible transformation to the data, I want to receive a notification or a check to see if my combined data matches the source data.

How can I achieve that?
