The requirements are that I will send a school an excel spreadsheet so the school can copy and paste a class register into column A and B (first & last name).

In column C, I need a stopwatch linked to each cell from rows 1 to 35. This will enable teachers to take scores/times for sports tests and eliminate the need for a handheld stopwatch and paperwork.

Once the school has taken these scores they will return the spreadsheet to me.

The next stage is for myself to take the scores in column C and link a gauge to each row/score.

The third stage is to produce a standard PDF report for each students scores.

I forgot to mention that the scores will be in columns C, D & E as their could be 3 tests.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
excel will process time but the interrupts will not give you the accuracy of a stop watch
