I have a range B11:N11
I need to get the unique names in this range listed. Also, I do not want anything that starts with the word "Shop".
There could be blanks in the cells

Thank You for your help.
Please let me know if I need more details

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

put the below in B1 and drag it to the right

=IF(B11<>"",IF(B11<>"Shop*",IF(COUNTIF($B11:B11,B11)>1,"";B11),""),"")
