Need formula to copy

I need to copy Cell i2 from sheet 5 to Sheet 1, cell k3 and to sheet 2 cell f3.

If the sheets are in the same Workbook you can do this by Linking your sheets.

In Sheet5 you have a value in I2

On Sheet1 Cell K3 type in the "=" sign and then click on Sheet5, Cell I2. Then hit Enter

On Sheet2 Cell F3, do the same thing as above.

I know this is rather elementary, but without knowledge of your level of expertise with Excel or what you Really want to do it's hard to figure out.

If you are looking for something else, more explanation would be required.
