Ok. I'm racking my brain on this one. I need a formula to look at E5:E2000 for non-blank cells, and then count any cells in L5:L2000 that contain "N/A", "n/a", "TBD", "tbd" or are blank. Seems simple enough, but can't put this one together, hence the lack of code. Can someone guide me? Thanks!

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

Maybe
Excel Formula:
=SUM(COUNTIFS(E5:E2000,"<>",L5:L2000,{"N/A","tbd"}))

Thanks, that worked great! Also thanks for the suggestion, I guess I didn't realize that was in the profile, but I updated it now.
